Following Brexit we are no longer able to write business if the policyholder is not a UK resident (UK is classed as England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales), as we no longer have Regulatory Permission to offer products to non UK residents.

If your client needs to add or edit a non-UK correspondence address then they will no longer have the option to do this.  They must reside in the UK.

If they don’t, we can no longer provide insurance and will set the policy to cancel up to 10 days in the future. They will then need to seek alternative insurance.

BFPO Addresses –  The only exception to this is British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses which are acceptable for any country where the insured is a member of the armed forces).
