If your client is a Home Insurance, Tenants Contents or Tenants Liability policyholder, we offer an online service which lets them view their policy documentation online. To do this, they'll need to register an account with us on our website: https://www.paymentshield.co.uk/customer-portal-registration using their policy reference number. The policy reference number can be found in the top right-hand corner of their policy certificate or on their welcome/renewal letter.

If they have already registered to receive their documents online, they can login in by visiting https://www.paymentshield.co.uk/customer-portal-login.
