Adding a start date:
If you'd like to add a start date or payment details to a submitted application, simply log in to Adviser Hub and select 'Total Pending Policies' button on the Home section. Alternatively, you can go to 'Pending Policies' (located underneath the 'My GI Book' section). Select the Quote Ref and complete any outstanding information, including the Start Date, and click 'Apply'.

Once these changes have been submitted, we'll begin processing the application and you should receive confirmation of this via email.

Changing a start date:
If you need to change the Start Date to a submitted policy, if you are logged into Adviser Hub, a member of our web chat team can help you. Alternatively, you will need to get in touch with our Broker Support team by calling us on 0345 0615 100. We're open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Please also be aware that the policy start date can't be backdated, and you can only change this within the first 14 days of the original start date.

Policies can be submitted without a start date, however this will fall under the Pending Policies section. Once a start date is added, the status will change from Pending to On Risk.
