Unfortunately, submitted policies can't be cancelled without contacting us. If you are logged into Adviser Hub, then a member of our web chat team can help you. Alternatively, you will need to call our Broker Support Team on 0345 0615 100 to do this. Our lines are open from Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Submitted policy applications can be cancelled up to 14 days from their start date in the Cooling Off Period. Please be aware that if the policy has been live for more than 14 days, only the client can cancel their policy. When cancelled after 14 days, premiums will be calculated on a pro rata basis.

Clients can cancel their policies by calling our Customer Services team on 0345 6011 050 or using our webchat by going to www.paymentshield.co.uk and clicking the blue chat icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
