Your client can transfer No Claims Discount (NCD) from their overseas property to their Paymentshield policy providing it's on a "like for like" basis.

For example: residential policy to residential policy, landlords policy to landlords policy.

When transferring NCD from abroad you must make sure it isn't being utilised on any other policy either UK based or abroad.
