All of our policies are set to renew automatically, only the policyholder(s) can request cancellation at renewal, in line with the Data Protection Act.

If your client pays via direct debit, once the policy renews, payment(s) will be taken as normal as per the renewal schedule provided to them.

If your client pays via debit or credit card, they will need to contact us to pay their renewal. They can now do this online at www.paymentshield.co.uk/renew.
