We don't charge any additional fees for cancelling policies. Your clients will only be charged for the cover they have had.

When they cancel their policy, we'll calculate what they owe up until their cancellation date and any final payments will be taken by their chosen payment method.

Please note, if they've successfully claimed during the current year of insurance, they'll need to pay for the year (up until renewal date) in full.

If your client would like to cancel their policy please advise them to contact us before cancelling their direct debit to avoid receiving any letters chasing payment.
