Customers can change their preference at any time by opting in or out.

They can do this in a number of ways:

·      Webchat

·      E-mail

Can I change my customers renewal preference?

No, you’ll only be able to enter their renewal preference during the sales process on Advisor Hub. Once the policy has been submitted to us the customer will need to contact us to make any changes to their renewal preference.
