If you are within your renewal period, you can pay for your renewal annually by card online. To do this, log into your Customer account and select 'Pay Renewal. You will be directed to a secure site to take the payment. Alternatively, you can access here: www.paymentshield.co.uk/renew.

We may be struggling to locate your policy though the online payment service so please ensure you have entered all your information correctly as it appears on your policy certificate in your renewal documentation.
