If you're looking to make a payment on your policy, follow the steps below:

Renewal payments:

To pay for your renewal via debit or credit card, under the Policy Details section, select 'Pay Renewal'. This will direct you to our secure site to check your details and make the payment.

Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation via email and this will be updated in your online account https://my.paymentshield.co.uk/login, too.

PLEASE NOTE: You can only pay for your renewal if you are in your renewal period.

Non-renewal payments
