To review any policies in the name of the late policyholder, the executor will need to contact us. If there isn’t a will is in place, the next of kin can contact us as acting executor.

If the insurance is still needed, the policy can remain in place until renewal, probate is granted or the sale of property, whichever comes first. If the renewal is within 30 days the property will be covered till the following renewal.
