When telling us the build year of your home, you must give the date that the original building was first constructed (or the date that the foundations were laid).

This information can normally be found within the title deeds, a mortgage valuation or a previous property survey. If you’re unsure, please provide the closest estimate possible.

Please note, this doesn't include the date of any renovations that may have taken place.
