Once you’ve taken out a Paymentshield policy, if you’re within your renewal period, you can pay for your renewal online each year by card using our secure payment site.

 

You can also access this site via your customer account by logging in and selecting ‘pay renewal’.

Note: This option is currently only available for customers whose policies renew annually by debit or credit card payment.

“I’m getting an error message when entering my policy details.”

 

We may be struggling to locate your policy though the online payment service so please make sure you’ve entered all your information correctly as it appears on your Policy Certificate which will have been provided with your renewal documentation.

If you’re still experiencing this issue, you can chat to a member of our team to find out what the problem is. you can contact our customer services team using our webchat which can be opened by clicking on the blue speech bubble located at the bottom right of this screen. “I’m getting an error with my card details.”

 

Follow the instructions on screen and make sure all the details you are entering are correct:

- The information you enter into the address field should match the address your card is registered to.

- Please be aware that we only accept the following payment methods of Visa, Visa debit, Mastercard & Delta.

“I’m getting a message telling me my payment has failed”

 

If you’ve received a payment error and tried multiple times unsuccessfully, try making the payment on an alternative card but if you continue to have a problem then don’t hesitate to call us and we will aim to take payment from you over the phone instead.
