Losing a piece of jewellery in the home isn't covered under our standard Contents Insurance, unless the loss is a direct result of an insured event, such as theft for example.

If you'd like your jewellery to be covered for loss or damage both in and away from the home, you will need to add optional personal possessions cover to your policy.

Please note that any items of jewellery individually worth over £2500 will need to be specified on your policy.
