Paymentshield do charge an administration fee. This covers our general administration costs, for example, issuing policy documentation to you and collecting payments.

However, we do not charge any additional fees to cancel or make changes to your policy.

When you take out a Paymentshield policy we will send you a welcome pack, which includes a ‘’premium breakdown’’ showing what your total insurance cost is made up of and this includes details of the administration fee.
